Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt was a South Africa actress and model born on the 2nd of December, 1981. Her most prominent role is in TV and films. Brandt started her career with New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was in her role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Over the past decade, she has appeared in many TV shows including the likes from Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen in the urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa. Later, in her late teens she immigrated with her family into Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's professional career began as a fashion model when she appeared in commercials on television and magazine ads. Her rise to stardom as a supermodel started when she worked in the retail industry and IT recruitment. In 2009, she was cast on an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. Her first major appearance came in 2021 as she played the part of a slave woman Naevia on the Starz show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The character of Naevia has also been reprised by her in the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star on three different TV shows which include Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016 Mazikeen started her new role as a bounty-hunting demon in the Netflix smash hit Lucifer. It is her largest role to date. In the show, she co-stars with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
Maria Bartiromo was the first American journalist who broadcast live at the New York Stock Exchange. Her reputation has been recognized by her many highly successful shows. Over the course of her twenty-year career in the field of journalism, Maria Bartiromo was instrumental in establishing the television channel CNBC as one of the tops in business and economic reporting.
